Dupellumab and the Risks

Dupellumab is a monoclonal antibody against the IL-4 alpha receptor. The primary side effects that we see, as with many drugs, are tummy upset and abdominal pain. A fair number of kids develop a significant inflammatory response at the site of injection. That can be better with the use of anohistamine prior, or ice on the site.
