Kozlowski and Schwartz's Indictment on Art Sales Taxes
Kozlowski was indicted on June 4 for evading sales taxes on $13 million worth of art he purchased to furnish his man, Fatt, and apartment. The charges against him alleged he signed false documents to make it look as if the paintings were purchased outside of New York. He also used millions under a program meant to pay for employees moving expenses on a $10 million vacation home in Utah,. A $4 million apartment in Manhattan, a yacht, and more real estate.
