Jamie Caragrand, Martin O'Neill and David Jones looked at the fixtures. Coventry spent 17 days in the play of places before they were relegated. Reading, Blackpool and Wigan all dropped. Cardiff finished fourth bottoms but I just stayed up by five points. The championship isn't homogenized - it's a good league because it's competitive. If ever you need inspiration for not going to Millwall again, look down that division.
