Learning a Language in a Sport
Former professional baseball player and current language hacker, Ryan O'Mara is taking part in the World Language Challenge. He shares his experience of learning languages with people who are not actually in the language learning space because they are in sports. How do these two connect with each other? You don't start playing a sport on day one and expect to be great at it. But you can absolutely have fun with it and get to level where you can connect with people through the sport, through the language, in a short amount of time.
