Designing these things takes in a few different considerations. There's two, like you said, there's two designs. One is land based, and then there is a offshore floating facility. You can moor it and just run the pipe straight down. But yet, the offshore one is a, you know what? You start getting to scale, it makes a lot of sense to moor them offshore.
