The software industry, it turns out, is the youngest and most immature of all industries. In the last decade, they succeeded at really gutting software patents in the courts. And so you have almost no chance of enforcing your invention against commercially with a software patent. So I think this is a, you know, my whole point of all this is just trying to explain for people how complex the situation is.
