Getting Feedback on the First Launch of a Product Management Project
Discovery often gets the short end of the stick in terms of their time available, and cause it's so foundational to get getting everything else. If you are looking a priortize betn features, there are templets that you can do that. Use your experience, especially if you're doing a moblap, where it's like launching a movie. There are a number of other common ros you want to do first time. But you can start with those discovery things and then branch out to all these other usages overtime as you get comfortable with it.
