The Root Problem With Self-Serve Analytics

The root problem with self-serve analytics is, well, I guess it's kind of two. One is that we often try to provide the thing that people don't actually want. The other part is like an analytics isn't a fundamentally technical job. There is a skill set that analysts have that is figuring out why your win rate is down this month. And so just by giving people a self- serve tool does not enable them to do that.
