The Ideologically Driven Shift From Equity to Equity
In the sports section, a headline story, Russian tennis player has put it all on the line by coming out. An article in the front news section that turns out to be most important in moral and worldview terms is the headline, homeless LGBTQ youth face hostility from their parents. And this is the ideologically driven shift from talking about equality or inequality to equity and inequity. They're not the same thing. Equity is now argued to be the end result of what inequality produces.
