I think clinicians are going to have to step forward and as you pointed out, they weren't trained to do that. They were trained to keep their head down and take care of patients one at a time. I think if they actually can step forward with that patients and they're bond with the patient, you talked about will be very powerful. It will not be an easy battle as you've noted when you're trying to battle huge giants out there. But I still believe and I have some hope that it can be led by clinicians but it won't happen through passivity.
