How Much Carbs Should You Eat Per Day?

Most people are eating three, four, even 500 grams of carbs per day. Most people need to eat somewhere between 100, 180 grams of carbohydrates per day. The other very large shift for people is getting their fat intake way, way up. If your main fat is soybean oil or canola oil, for sure eat as little of that as possible. Go for low fat. I usually eat 75% to 80% fat and that's where I feel good.
