The Year of the Pivotal

This was the year I've been calling it like the year of the pivot because everybody had to pivot one way or another. And also it became really clear if you didn't have like an audience and organic marketing and multiple things working in your business, you had to make a change fastBecause you needed it already. Like it was already too late, but you had to really like double down on that. It felt like cheating for years. But we were able for years to get away with thinking about it linearly because we had these silos that it worked in. All of those silos stopped working when everybody's consumption increased.
