Bikayo: An Example of Arsenal's Development
Every academy has the things they're proud of, and everybody in Arsenal is so proud of Bikayo. I've literally never seen him do anything naughty. It takes a village to bring up a young man - there's a lot of coaches and physios that have helped him in his development. He would be a very good example of Arsenal development. Right through from Arsenal, Wenger, sharing the club philosophy with everyone,. including Michael Per, Jack Wilshire now is looking after under 18s. There is a strong Arsenal approach. And yeah, it comes together nicely...Bikayo is a good example of that flowing through. Many other examples where players have to go away,
