The Importance of Strength Training

Mountain ultra endurance athletes would probably run away from faster than you could time with a fully automatic timing system. I think it just goes back to like being willing to put yourself in an uncomfortable position at first, but acknowledging that you don't always have to stay in that place. Being able to keep a strong frame helps me keep good form. It's having like really good muscular endurance is beneficial for me.
