Is Misinformation a Criminal Penalty?

Criminal punishment cannot be a remedy for absotutly. Most people spreading misinformation do so entirely innocently out of altruistic motives. We need to develop a curious and critical mind set in our children, but also among adults now who are believing this very dangerous misinformation that's spreading. An ation is a huge part of that.
