These three neura modulators have this incredible reciprocal dance that they have for you to generate what is called a ntural architecture of sleep throughout the night. It's the push pull again. You know, it's chest and back. That's why i think if you're trying to increase, dramatically, drive up your seratonian levels at night, and that sustaind throughout the night when you're trying to get into rem sleep, you could be artificially fragmenting rem sleep.
