What's the Value of Clustering People Together?
There's this interesting debate about centralization versus decentralization. They could be applied to every facet of our lives pretty much. Eventually you have a lot of tech centralized in the broader Bay Area. What led to that rise of Silicon Valley in the last couple of decades is the main area of innovation was software, it was apps. And we see some early evidence of this, I believe that will be more obvious over the next decade.
