I had quite initially a difficult time at school that when I went to big school, I struggled really in many ways because I felt like a fish out of water. So there's a few teachers, Bernard Council, Peter Ward, Andrew Marshall, that really made a difference in my life and 30 years later I still fondly recall them. It's powerful that again, it comes back to a common theme on high performance which is empathy over opinion. If someone shows some empathy and some understanding of you as a young person, it totally changes the conversation.
