How to Avoid Missing Data in Long-Term Studies
People might be insufficiently motivated to participate in whatever it is you're doing. They might not buy into what you're doing for whatever reason, or the language that you are using on a particular instrument may not be aligned with the needs of a particular segment of the population. There's so many places where you have an opportunity to get missing data and there's some control that you have as a researcher to try to prevent that.
