How Many Hours of Sleep Are You Getting?

The most restorative way that we get sleep is less to do with the absolute number of hours we sleep. It's generally considered that we need about, or on average, at least, four cycles into deep sleep in the course of a night. Not everybody would sleep for eight hours; some people would sleep for six hours and be just fine. Some people refuse to pay me for their visits because they think this is too tortuous. But what you will find out is that it's somt for them actually feels really rested.
