Political Instability in India

The power in a country which has an imperial system is always concentrated at the centre, the imperial throne bejing. And similarly for russia, also, you have governors, et cetera, of all the various provinces. They get their funding from the centre, from from the kremlin and they are completely dependent on everything on the cremlin. So they have to perform. They have to carry out the orders. If they keep doing it, they stay in power. Otherwise the governor is replaced in somebody else's putting place. Their only job is to follow or orders. There is no democracy or any such thing. You cannot have thatof sort of stability in a democratic system.
