The Murder of a Taxi Driver
Three teenages who'd seen the killer worked with the police artist to create a suspect. Officer fauk later helped complete a second composite based on the man he'd passed near the crime scene. The two faces were remarkably similar and soon both were on display in police stations across the state, printed side by side on wanted posters. This indicated to police that the shooting was nothing more than a violent robbery - there was no reason to believe otherwise.
