Are You a Player or a Pretender?
Traye: There is a player inside every person with the tendency to lean down and play small. Tracy: I wish i maybe would have heard this list as a young leader, but maybe i wouldn't have been prepared for it. Wal: My challenge to all of us as leaders is, there's no reason to pretend. That style of leadership is gone. And so as we sort through this to day to find out if we are a player or a pretender, trust me, i've picked up on me that i have some characteristics of a pretender.
