I Decided to Take Back Control of My Life

Every diet attempt I made always ended the same way with me quitting, binge eating, and gaining more weight. Some diet book was not going to fix my relationship with food and my body. If I had stopped the yo-yo dieting ritual years ago, I probably would have saved myself 50 or more pounds. Even when my weight was still at a very high range, I started to see myself as maintenance in my mind. My body wasn't there but my mindset was because I never was going to go backwards. Only forwards with sustainable habit change.
