The ACLU Brief on the Colorado Man Convicted of Stocking

Justice Sotomayor has said that this Colorado man convicted of stocking wasn't given the opportunity to explain the intention behind the speech. Do most of the justices seem to be leaning toward the notion that the speaker's intent is important? Justice Kavanaugh and Justice Tegan seem to be very sympathetic to the issues concerned about this case.
