The Requirements of CTP Theory

According to CTP theory, the only thing that's fully described is sort of a reason to get rid of ideas. The idea of the requirement system is that it will hopefully provide a way, a reason, a force that makes the mind want to keep ideas around. I'm hoping that those two forces will be able to balance each other out and sort of be what would be necessary for the more sophisticated cognition that you would see in a true AGI. Right.
