The Benefits of Limiting Fruit Intake

There was actually a nice meta analysis of prospective cohort studies, Kazimi and colleagues. The effect was essentially linear per 100 grams of fruit, you had 8% lower risk of cardiovascular death. But when you look at the curve for mortality across 200, 400, 600, 800 grams, you just see this relatively linear reduction in risk.
