The Public Health Challenge in New Mexico - I Drink Alcohol

Alcohol is a major public health challenge hiding, in a sense, in plain sight. What we're really talking about is having regulations that better control where and alcohol is sold. Governors of both parties in new mexico, at least, have overseen this. So i think thatthere's really strong political pressure to not pursue this is a public help problem.
