People respond to you being yourself and that will carry over into any kind of sales position is when you are genuine people can tell. People get nervous that when sales is a component that it might change their heart or it might make them feel bad about their job. I think the more diversity that there is in those kinds of positions in real estate or in another type of sales position the more that enriches that environment because people have more choices of who to work with.
