Most anthropologists describe the human species as being serially monogamous. Having multiple marriages, for example, is not that uncommon any but within each marriage, it's a monogamous marriage. It seems to me that if we had a pool of scientists with varying expertises to freely advise our elected, local, state and federal officials, then said officials could make intelligent statements regarding anything scientific how can we do this?
