A lot of people say they don't care about the title, but you actually make a pretty good case. I do think that there is an impulse in people who work in data to be overly specific. Like one of the reasons why people prefer data science is that it is a broader title. But like, you should still care about your title and making sure that it conveys things that will help you in the future.

You've got some solid experience under your belt, and you're starting to feel like you're ready to move into a data leadership role. What does that even mean?
