Dollar General is a great business, but it's more levered than it used to be. Management watches cannibalization closely and they're looking at ways to trim shrinkage of your deal. They've started paying their managers a lot more money at the sacrifice of net operating margin. But we are better off retaining our good managers than having to retrain somebody every two and a half or three years. S&P: We liked what management was doing; we love the unit economics.
