Cardio Is Better Than High-Intensity Cardio

High-intensity is just the equivalent or sometimes even more stressful than doing another workout. Most people, especially people who want to build muscle, you should do more low-intensity cardio than high-intensity. The higher we go, the harder it's going to be to recover from. So really, if you want to do high-intensity stuff, you'll limit it to once a week for just a few minutes.
