I don't think that for the bit coing, they are facing any kind of bureaoucratic issues. I agree with what marius said about not being something that they couldn't do. There's less liquidity in the crypto market. The volumes of what becon is moving is much less. So if you launch this bond right now, there'll be lessliquidity in the market and less a individual invertores, or plaves, if you want to invest their cash into it.
