"I'm so very, very clear now that living in other people's thoughts is what will drive you nuts," he says. "If you understand the other stuff, say social justice or even how Trump operates, doesn't drive you crazy ... It's you interfacing with the crazy that makes social media,. for example, so much worse than something like crazy social justice theory." The solution there is to unplug from these things that make you crazier, but because we live in a world filled with Trump and social justice and these other things, understanding it actually, the knowledge is power thing, sort of a thing.
