I'm Disappointed With Treasure for Adding Tap Root Support

Treasure now has a tap root support. The tool supports both segued v zero and v one, which is taproot. And can also do liquid scripts as well, for tricker scripts. Is a nice web alternative to doing something from the command line. Lightning labs has started a blib repository for lightning improvement proposals.
