Can I Just Skip the War Warm Up?

I would say if someone has more time, they should focus on their weaknesses, visve what their goals are. If the goal is hypertrophy and you have a weak chest, i would just do more, focus more,. Or whats ay, side dealts, doing lateral raises. If your goal is max strength, or, let even max strength for your lower body, then i would focus more on a lower body exercise that was specific. Nothing says you have to do it all in one session. You can come back and do double split wher you d ten or 15 minutes work out in the morning and a ten or 15 minute workout in the evening.
