How to Trust Root Certificates
A root certificate is self-signed because who God is going to sign certificates now? No. So even that must be signed by someone upper than that could be another certificate authority or could be something called the root certificate authority. That's root certificate. You trust them, you trust them. Tough luck. Because that's what we have here. A bunch of root certificates has been trusted by someone. And that's why beware of like machines like Chromebooks or whatever shipped out of China or, you know, Kazakhstan,. They would have pre-installed operating system and can install pretty much in the store any root certificate they deem valid.
