What Are Your Standards?
If you open yourself up to hit snows 35 times in a morning and blow off your commitments, ind your ous, it's because there's not a standard there. I look at my calendar at the beginning of the week and i put those things on there. So then it's never like, oh, i should work out more. When am i going to work out this week? Oh my gosh, iud spend three days and i haven't got no work out in it's a standard. Those numbers are a standard. There are seasons when they change, like impregnancy, though, those standards absolutely change. But in general, it is defined. It is standardized.
