How to Activate the Limbic System in the Psychiatric Care and Services

When some one presents something unexpected, that does something biologically in the limbic system. When we are in triggered states, our capacity to engage in diversity of thought and expression is diminished. The nerobi logical step that occurs in between referring to a law and proposing a choice is someone has to engage their diversity ofthought and expression. We're trying to shock someone's evolved brain into diversity of thought or expression. In order to do all of that, i have to be self regulated.
