Is There a Primary Mechanism of Action by Carbohydrod That Enhances Performance?

There are studies where people do four sets, eight, 12. There's there studies with 16 sets. And if there seems to be this relationship between the total amount of work done, then is there a different primary mechanism of action by which carbohydrod enhances performance for lower and moderate volume studies versus those higher volume studies? The answer is potentially, ah, you know, or we'd see this kind of flat outcome to where it didn't really matter how much he did,. It's always that that hunger and fulness mediated effect.
