Melatonin is potent antioxidant in that's metabolized into an antioxidant as well. The thing with melatonin though, I don't think it really helps people stay asleep. But each one of its metabolites is another antioxidant that can be beneficial. So yeah, that would those are the two. It has interesting properties as well and you want it for easy amount sleep but only up to like three grams.
