The Stoic practice of forcing bad stuff into your mind is called premeditatio malorum. You imagine yourself something really bad happening to yourself, like losing a job or feeling sick. The idea is that by doing it over and over, you convince yourself so you realize and accept the fact that these are bad things. And finally, i actually, can we pileon the shore bot? Theyre a moment becas i will just say for context that i'm, in general, a fan of stoicism.
