Six Theologians

Pope Clement I, bishops Ignatius of Antioch and Polycarp are known as the Apostolic Fathers. They left behind letters like those in the New Testament set down from roughly the 90s CE to the 130s or 140s. The letters show Christianity being passed from a first and second generation of Christians to a third and a fourth.
