How to Deal With a Control Freak

Control freaks believe things in business are perfectly controllable. They can be experts in certain areas, but you don't want to be compassionate with them and let them know when they are out of their bounds. You need to understand they are trying to help, but this isn't helping. So being compassionate with them in some way is a good thing because it helps them normalize.
