Is It a Foreign Intelligence Agency?

There's a fairly detailed amount of information that what it does not have is your name on it. And that means we are or are not conducting surveillance against you. It is totally implausible to me that a foreign intelligence agency is ever going to put out the list of people whose materials it has and has collected. That's a fantasy. What isn't a fhantasy is the idea that you might have sufficiently clear a public law, getting rid of the secret legal procedures. You could look at it if you wanted, and figure out how it interacts with your life. I think there's areas where we're not quite there. There's a lot of areas where we actually are there.
