How to Create a Track for a New Language

Exorcism is open source and then I'm pretty sure it doesn't cover every single language yet. So if I was interested in creating a new, a track for a new language, what would that process look like? It's actually really informal. You could tweet to exorcism underscore IO and be like, hey, I like this, but you guys don't have a track for snowball yet. And there's just sort of a checklist.
