Over the next 18 years, some 5,500 artifacts from the Titanic are sold or put in the Titanic Museum. Some people rent deep sea vehicles and grab shit near the wreck to sell back on surface. One of those people winds up on Stockton Rush's death sub. Bob: "It had turned into an ugly carnival"
