The Mystery of Ben's New Year's Eve Encounter

Christchurch police are looking for a man who approached two women at the Frano Lodge on New Year's Eve. He was sloshed, and he seemed to hit on every woman that crossed his path. Detective Caldwell reached out to Christchurch Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) CIB is established to investigate serious offenses, including organized crime. They agreed to bring the case to their branch Monday morning.
