The Difference Between Relief, Rehabilitation and Development
When you think about helping those in extreme poverty, where does that fit in this three fold paragraph? Great question. It depends, of course, I'm a professor, so there's never an easy answer. Most people who are in poverty are not in poverty from a recent crisis. They're inoverty from a chronic condition that involves broken systems and demonic forces. So let's go to measurement in a second.
